Day 1 - On Our Way To The Bahamas

Last Saturday we got up early so that Karlton could take 2 of the kiddies to his mom's house which is about 40 min. from here. While he did that me and the other kids packed, cleaned , and feed the animals.




3 hrs. later we were all loaded up and on our way.

We had to meet my mom about 1 hr. and 20 min. away to take the other 2 kids.

Then we were off. I do all the driving..............

Karlton does all the sleeping............ LOL......................

5 1/2 hours after we dropped the last 2 kids off ,we were finally in St. Augustine were we stayed the night, so that we could wake up on Easter and only have a few hrs. to drive to Port Canaveral to catch our boat.

We ate, gassed up the Yukan, checked in to our hotel , and then were off to do some sight- seeing before it became to dark. I have been to St. Augustine, FL a few times. But the last time Joel was little so we took him to see the fort again...........

We took lots of pictures.........

watched the boats........

and then watched sun set.

We walked around town in the dark a while then headed back to our hotel to get ready for our big day.
