How We Spent Our Thanksgiving Day!

"Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good. For his loving kindness is everlasting".
1 Chronicles16:34

This was our first Thanksgiving where we stayed home and did not have to go anywhere. It was actually pretty nice. I gave the kids a choice to wear their PJ's all day so they could lounge around.

The little ones watched the Macy's Day Parade w/ daddy. They were so excited when Myley Cyrus came on!

Josiah helped me prepare our first full Thanksgiving meal.

Someone could not wait! Look at that caught in the act look on her face. Hee Hee!

Karlton's 1st round.

One view of the dinner table. We went around the table and asked what every one was Thankful for:
Sara Ava-family, Jordan-family and house, Lilee-food and pie, Joel-a family that supports him and his home, Josiah- socks(?) and family. Karlton and I said our children , families, each other.

The other view of the dinner table

Lilee chewing on her "tree" that is what she called it.

We were all to stuffed for the 2 pumpkin pies Josiah and I made and our pecan pie. We are saving that for later. Right now we have laundry to do, naps to take, and movies to watch.
Hope each and everyone of you had a blessed day as we did!

Looks light you guys had a great day! We had a fun day but it certainly was different! We spent the morning in San Francisco and then prepared our "meal" in our hotel room for our dinner! :) We miss the family and are ready to head home - we start back east tomorrow!
