Joel's Dr. Seuss Play

The Star Himself......

On our way to the play......

The performance..... Joel was a waiter (he is in the front row)

It was a really cute little play. They did a few of Dr. Seuss's stories. Joel had one speaking line, but sang and dance through out the play. He did such a good job! He looked so cute out there. Joel was sooo nervous for weeks about this play. They have to perform it again today for the school.

After the play....

Bahama Bound

Karlton, Joel , and I will be heading out on a cruise to the Bahamas in 2 more weeks. This is our first cruise, so we are very excited. We will be spending the day in Freeport and in Nassau.

We are leaving the other 4 kiddos with our parents. Joel is the only one who has not been out of the US so it is his turn to be spoiled! He really wanted to go on an airplane, but he will be on a big boat instead.

The prices are very cheap right now so we were able to get a suite with a balcony.

We will be swimming with the dolphins which has always been a dream of mine.....

And seeing the Atlantis, and doing some snorkeling too....

Have any of you ever been on a cruise? Do you have any tips, must do's, or must see to share with us? We would love to hear your input! Also let us know your fav. beaches you went to!!!

Please Pray For My Dad

My dad (Craig) went to the Dr. Fri. He has an enlarged prostate and the Dr. sent him to do test this morning to see if it is cancer. Please pray those test come back normal and that it is not cancer, and that it will be something that can heal.

An Answer To Prayer!

Its been a while since I lasted posted about these 3 special little girls that holds a dear spot in my heart. In Dec. 2006 when we thought that Lilee's adoption had fallen through after 7 months of nothing happening , we came across these little angels desperately needing a home in Guatemala. These 3 little ones were found abandoned on the street with the oldest one caring for the 3 of them. Both Karlton and I desperately wanted to make these little girls a part of our family, but with all the money spent already on Lilee we could not come up with the funds. Plus, God had another plan for them and Lilee. Lilee's adoption finally started happening in Feb 2007 and then came home in Oct. 2007.

A special friend of mine through adoption, Ann and her family found these little girls in 2007 and wanted to make them a part of their family. Ann and her husband has adopted 4 beautiful little ones from Guatemala previously. Last week I received a most wonderful e-mail from Ann saying the girls are finally OUT of PGN after many, many months! Thank You Jesus !!!!! I have been praying for these little girls to be able to come home and be a part of a loving family! Since we were not able to adopt them it was important to me to keep them in prayer until they were able to be adopted! Now they will be going home w/in the next couple of months to their family! God is soooo good! Please keep them in your prayers that the last little bit of their adoption will go smoothly with out any stalls or hold ups! All these little ones have ever wanted was a family to call their own!

This picture is an older picture I was sent in Dec. 2006 when we were looking into adopting them. Hopefully I will be able to post a home coming picture of them soon! Ann always sends me an update on the girls with updated pictures, but my computer crashed in Jan. and I lost all her e-mails and pictures. Waaaa!

Has Spring Sprung? (FFF)

It is starting to look like spring! We have warm weather here and there. Today is a gorgeous day, the sun is shinning......But it is breezy and chilly! I am ready for the heat that stays!!! By now you know I like to take pictures of my flowers.... I am a flower gardener so I like to show my beauties off!

Here are my Easter Lilee's .... I mean Lily's. Lilee was born on Easter Day so she is my Easter Lilee too!

The bee's are out......

and all my trees are blooming.......

looks like Spring to me!

Happy 1st Day of Spring!

New Creations

Here is a infant tutu I just made. I am getting alot more infant tutu orders lately! How cute is a newborn or a little baby girl in a tutu!!!!

I have also been making flower bows for the spring and summer. I am working on more of a variety, so there will be more to come.

The double white rose.

The White Hydrangea.

Lilee is giving her mommy kisses in these pictures that is why she is making a face. But with a digital camera sometimes it is hard to catch them in motion.

Make sure you check out my blog for more details. http://cutiepatutu.blogspot.com/

The New Josiah......

Josiah's glasses came in today so we went to pick them up after school so he could be fitted for them. He only needs these for reading and doing school work, so most of the time he will not need them . He has perfect vision far away but up close he was having alot of trouble and we saw his grades going down. Now, we expect to see them going back up to the A, B honor roll! We know you can do it Siah!!!

A Huge Milestone

Today Lilee officially has been home 1 day longer then she was in Guatemala with her foster parents. Lilee came home at 17 1/2 months old. It is soooo hard to believe that she has been with us longer then that long, hard, grueling fight it took to get her here. That was the longest 17 months of my life! The 17 1/2 months that she has been home has truly flown by, it all seems like a dream. The best part is this little princessa only has a life time left of being here with her family! Lilee will be 3 in 4 weeks.

WE LOVE YOU LILEE and are so blessed to have you as our daughter!!!!
